A one week try-out at a new Ecovillage, with workshops to share visions and introduce what it is to become a co-founder

Co-created event

Everyone helps cook, clean etc. and we design the schedule to meet the group’s needs.

Participants are invited to offer wellbeing practices and evening activities.
Childcare arranged between us and/or workshop sessions designed to be child-friendly.

Accommodation

Flat spaces to camp, shaded by the river, or on the higher terraces

Flat spaces to park a campervan (limited spaces)

Caravan available to rent

Caravan 20eur per night one adult, 30eur per night 2 adults

Sliding scale €145 - €220 for the whole event, including food

Introduction workshops:

Sharing our visions, skills and passions
Ecovillage and Permaculture design - our dream design, what is possible legally, finding the priorities and stages
Cooperative structure, Sociocracy governance and decision making
Livelihoods and business planning
Joining process simulation board game

Boundaries:

No smoking, alcohol, cannabis or recreational drugs on site
(unless part of a group ceremony)

No meat, animal products, sugar, caffeine or junk food in communal areas

(can be in own space)

Have some experience living off grid with basic facilities

Why participate?

Early access to the project: chance to become a co-founder and be part of forming the project.

Chance to join as a resident member with a reduced joining cost as a founder.

Possibility for paid roles in the management team and running workshops, retreats and recruitment events.

You are welcome to first visit and help set up in the weeks before the event, before committing to reserving a place.

Following weeks

Participants are welcome to stay for an integration period after the gathering and also for the following weeks as a visitor or work exchange arrangement.
